ICL is a 16-node ESP32 mesh running Kuramoto oscillator dynamics — a physical system built to study how distributed nodes achieve coherence under shared rules. It was built collaboratively with a precision analog instrumentation engineer, out of sessions that crossed cosmology, distributed systems, and governance theory. ICL is research, not a product: a place to test questions, document decisions, and keep the underlying machinery open to inspection.
